What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. Depending on how you contact us, that can include:

• your name, email address, telephone number, company and job title;
• your city, state and country, and the location of your project;
• the product you are asking about and the message you write;
• project details you enter in the quote form, such as your industry, raw material, target product, daily capacity, existing equipment, utilities, expected start date and how you heard about us;
• if you use the chat assistant, the messages you type;
• if you use the voice assistant, what you say during the call, as live audio and as text captions on your screen while the call is open;
• if you choose to share your details with an assistant, the short summary of your project that it prepares from what you told it.

How you can send it

• The enquiry and quote forms on this website. When online enquiries are available, the details you enter are sent to our enquiry-management (customer relationship management) system. When they are not available, the form says so and asks you to call or email instead, and nothing is sent.
• Email to info@kadaliafrica.com or a call to +233 201 559 419. We receive what you send or say.
• WhatsApp. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp on your device with a short message about the page you were on. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp and its owner under their own terms and privacy notice; what you send is also visible to us.
• The chat assistant and the voice assistant ("Talk live"), described under "AI assistants and OpenAI" below.

What we use it for

We use the details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a technical proposal, and to manage the conversation that follows. This website runs no advertising or profiling tools.

AI assistants and OpenAI

This website has a chat assistant and a voice assistant ("Talk live"). Both are AI programs, not people. They answer from information on this website and can be wrong, so please check anything important with our team, and please do not give them sensitive personal information.

Chat. When you send a message, the website sends it to our server. If the assistant is set to use an AI model at that time, your message, up to the last eight messages of the conversation and the relevant text of this website are sent to OpenAI to write the reply. Otherwise the assistant answers from the text of this website alone. The website does not store the conversation, and it uses no cookie or browser storage for it.

Voice. The voice assistant starts when you press "Talk live" and your browser lets it use your microphone; there is no separate consent screen before the call. The microphone is on only while the call is open. You can mute or end the call at any time, and a call ends by itself after a few minutes, after a quiet spell, or if the page stays in the background. Your voice is sent live, directly from your browser to OpenAI, which turns it into text and produces the spoken reply. The audio does not pass through our server. While you talk, short phrases from what you said are sent to our server to look up information on this website; they are not stored. If the assistant asks for your details during the call, a small card lets you type your name, phone number and email address: nothing is sent unless you press "Confirm and send", and the line above that button says how the details are used (see "Sharing your details with our team" below).

We do not record calls, and we do not keep audio or transcripts of calls or chats.

OpenAI. OpenAI processes this data for us to provide the replies, under its own terms and privacy notice. OpenAI states that it does not use data sent through its API to train its models unless asked to, and that it may keep that data for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse and security, unless the law or the safety of others requires it to keep it longer. OpenAI documents processing in the United States and Europe, so your data may be handled outside Ghana and Nigeria.

Sharing your details with our team. An assistant may invite you to share your name, phone number, email address and a short summary of your project with our team. They go to our team only if you choose to share them. Before anything is sent, your details are shown on your screen for you to check and correct, and nothing is sent until you press "Confirm and send". They then go to our enquiry-management system, like a form enquiry. The audio, the captions and the conversation are not sent.

Protection against misuse. To limit abuse and cost, the website counts requests per visitor, using a one-way scrambled version of the network address that is kept briefly in our hosting provider's storage.

What this website does not do

• It records no voice calls and keeps no audio or transcripts of calls or chats.
• It has no user accounts and takes no payments.
• It does not run analytics or advertising tools, and it does not set cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
• It does not embed videos or maps from other companies. The map link on the contact details opens Google Maps in a new tab only when you click it.

Who else can see it

Our website hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address and the pages you request, so that the website can be delivered and kept secure.

OpenAI receives what you type to the chat assistant, when the assistant uses an AI model, and your voice during a call with the voice assistant (see "AI assistants and OpenAI" above). Our enquiry-management system receives the details you choose to send.

Apart from our hosting provider, OpenAI and the other services named on this page, this website sends your details to no other company.

Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, including those of Mechotech and other Kadali Group companies, WhatsApp and Google Maps. They have their own privacy notices, and this policy does not cover them.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email info@kadaliafrica.com or call +233 201 559 419.

You do not have to use the assistants: the forms, email and telephone are always available. You can decline the microphone, mute a call or end it at any time. What OpenAI does with the data it receives is governed by its own privacy notice.

Changes to this policy

We will change this policy if the way this website handles information changes, for example if analytics are added. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated: 2 November 2026.
