Why Kadali Africa Ventures

A Local Start for Ghanaian and African Buyers

Kadali Africa Ventures Limited has offices in Accra, Ghana and Kano, Nigeria, and is the point of contact for buyers across Africa.

We offer a catalogue of 73 process plants and equipment in 11 categories. Products on Mechotech’s catalogue are engineered and built by Mechotech, a separate company in the Kadali Group, at its Hyderabad, India works. For a project site, installation, commissioning and project-support scope is set out project by project in the technical proposal.

A Point of Contact Across Africa

Kadali Africa Ventures Limited has offices in Accra, Ghana and Kano, Nigeria. Where Kadali has no office in a country, enquiries are handled from the Accra office.

One Technical Proposal

The proposal sets out the process route, the equipment and the delivery scope for your site. Installation, commissioning and project-support responsibilities are defined project by project.

Scoped Around Your Raw Material

Each proposal is scoped around your raw material, target specification and capacity. On Mechotech’s listed extraction plants this includes SS 316L product-contact construction and closed-loop solvent recovery.

Pilot Validation Available

Raw-material feasibility and pilot trials are available through the Botanical Process Development Centre, which Mechotech runs with Sureka Life Sciences, both companies in the Kadali Group.

How Kadali Africa Ventures Works

From Your Requirement to a Technical Proposal

Not a one-size-fits-all plant: capacity, technology and investment are worked out from your feedstock, demand and utilities.

1

Start from your need

Begin with an identified market need, raw material or industrial opportunity, and tell us your product, input capacity and desired output.

2

Technical scoping first

A technical scoping and a preliminary techno-commercial assessment come before any equipment or investment is recommended.

3

Equipment selection and planning

Machine and capacity options matched to your feedstock, output requirements and available utilities, with layouts, line configuration and implementation planning.

4

Training and after-sales support

Technical coordination for commissioning, operating procedures and operator training, and for maintenance, service enquiries and spare parts, as set out for each project.
